This form should only be filled in after a meeting of national GCE
partners. The meeting should discuss the possibility of national events
for the GCE Week of Action 2005 and the form below is meant to be
a record of those discussions. The main contacts should be the person
or people who will lead the communication with the GCE on the Week
of Action 2005. They will receive further updates from GCE and will
keep the GCE informed of the plans in their country.
