Among other people expected at the launch include politicians, Ministry of education officials, traditional leaders, Members of the Malawian coalition CSCQBE and other CSOs, the media, parents, teachers and pupils. Ntchisi District was selected as the venue of the launch because it has the highest high poverty, illiteracy, absenteeism and drop out rates.   Other activities planned include; speeches, songs, dances, poems, displays, children press conference with messages on the theme "Education as a human right".   After the national launch there will be district launches in 14 districts, where the coalition has district networks as part of the campaign so that the message can reach as many people as possible especially in the communities.
