Country Updates 2007 - Morrocco

Summary:
 In Morocco, the National Teachers' Union  (SNE-FDT) will kickstart their campaign efforts with a press release to raise awareness on Global Action Week. The union are currently setting up meetings with associations of parents as well as with NGOs active in the field of education to discuss their campaign strategy.
One of the objectives of these meetings is to compose joint letters to lobby officials on Education for All. There will be four further meetings on the specific theme of the campaign 'Education as a Human Right'. The Autonomous Teaching Federation (FAE) will also contribute to Global Action Week by gathering information on the human right to education as it applies to Morocco.
Finally, the national GCE coalition will organize a joint march to demonstrate for the right to a quality education for all!
