Summary:
In 400 schools and around famous monuments in 30 cities, thousands of girls and boys will make human chains and wearing Education for All bibs made in their schools.  The various chains will hand in post- it notes asking leaders to "Keep their Promises on EFA by 2015".  There will be giant puppets joining up too!
