Invitation to Tender – Evaluation of the Civil Society Education Fund project

The GCE is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to evaluate its groundbreaking Civil Society Education Fund project in May and June 2012. The CSEF began in October 2009, and works in over 40 countries across Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America. With two years of activity at the national level, GCE seeks to undertake a full review of the effectiveness of the programme so far to inform our future project.

You can download the full terms of reference and invitation to tender document here. GCE is seeking applications from consultants or a team of consultants for the evaluation team. The deadline for applications is May 6^th 2012 and work must be conducted in May and June with a draft report on 30th June and a final report on 12^th July.

The shortlisted applicants will be interviewed by SKYPE w/c 11^th May.
