 New Report 'From closed books to open doors: West Africa's literacy crisis'.
This paper draws attention to the fact that West Africa has the lowest literacy rates in the world, and some of the the need to improve formal and non-formal education in the region. The paper was jointly authored by ANCEFA, Pamoja West Africa, the African Platform for Adult Education, Oxfam International and ActionAid.
