What happened in Action Week 2008?
The World's Biggest Lesson was the main event for Global Action Week. It took place in Leon, Jinotega, Esteli, Ciudad Sandino, Carazo, Boaco, Chinandega and Managua.

The activities were attended by representatives of civil society, teachers, parents, children and adolescents who demanded that all people have access to quality education and that the government put an end to exclusion.

The lesson was attended by Delegates of the Ministry of Education, Mayoral Candidates, and Officials of the Municipal Commissions on children, teachers, principals and directors of public schools.

What happened in Action Week 2007?

At the most spectacular moving event, thousands of people assembled at 9am to form a huge long chain at the university in Managua. For two hours they held hands and chanted demands for education.
