What happened in Action Week 2009? In Ukraine campaigners have joined hands with local government authorities and have contacted 124 schools, Universities and local groups to participate in the Big Read. All the materials are almost printed with copies in English and Spanish. The posters have been posted around the city and all schools have a corner for the Big Read Posters. All this is really exciting and people are amazed about the campaign because there has not been an edcuation campaign of this scale in Ukaraine before. The public is very expectant to see how it will be. Campaigners have also given materials to local museums and libraries and they will have a seminar on the Big Read.
