 “6 out of 10 for effort but High Level Group must do better in future years”, declares the Global Campaign for Education after attending the Eighth Meeting of the High Level Group on Education for All, in Oslo in December last year. Whilst there were improvements in the latest High Level Group, with the help of the Norweigan government’s efforts, the meeting still lacks the dynamic leadership and decision-making power to really drive international effort towards the achievement of Education for All.
