The World's Biggest Lesson took place in three regions. In attendance was the President of the National Assembly of Mali as well as the Minister of Basic Education, Literacy and National Languages
What happened in 2007?
Global Action Week took place at the same time as the presidential elections in April. The federation of NGO coalitions in Mali, FECONG, questioned the eight candidates on issues including education.
