Global Education Monitoring (GEM) 2020 Report.

GPE has increased COVID-19 emergency fund to US$500 million. An additional US$250 million has been set aside to help developing countries respond to the immediate and long-term disruptions to education caused by the pandemic, bringing the total fund to US$500 million. The funding will help sustain learning for up to 355 million children in 67 countries.
