Action Week 2010- 1GOAL: Lesson for All - Resources

WHAT IS GLOBAL ACTION WEEK

Global Action Week is the most campaign intensive part of the GCE calendar with national educational coalitions preparing for up to nine months in advance to ensure that the week has maximum impact on decision makers. Since its inception, Global Action Week participation has grown from 2 million people in 2003 to over 14 million in 2009.

Global Action Week 2010 will take place from 19-25 April. The 2010 focus is on education financing and the campaign will be a precursor to the larger 1GOAL: Education for All campaign.
